Last week in Illinois

It's hard for me to imagine that this time next week I won't be here. I'm consumed with ensuring that I don't forget something, but everything is dirt cheap over there so what's the difference?

Meh, it will all be fine.

Getting ready

The winter cold broke and my dashboard tells me it's 55deg outside. Sadistically, I was hoping for it to be -1deg when I was leaving. Too bad. Now it's wet.

I think the majority of my packing will consist of washing things. For any other trip, I probably would have passed on the washing (dirty...I know) but I don't know the next time anything will get washed. I'll need to hire a servant for this.
